How long is my contract?

Your initial contract period is 4 months. After this period you terms move month to month and only end when a notice to vacate is provided under contract obligations.

How do I put in notice to vacate?

Management must be given written notice to vacate in advance of a move-out BY THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH. If notice is given any time after the FIRST OF THE MONTH, it will be applied to the following month. EX: Notice given April 1st will be applied to moving out end of April. Notice given on April 2nd will be applied to moving out at the end of May. Consignors must settle all overdue rent charges and damages before removing merchandise from Twigg & Co. LLC. on move-out day. Written notice must include date, vendor # and signature. Email is acceptable

What does moving day look like?

Please let us know the day you plan to vacate. When you come to close out your space, please visit the front desk to get your copy of the move out checklist. You will need to complete all of the items as follows, remove all items, shelving and displays from you space. Any nails, screws and hardware, must be removed as well. If any holes are larger than dime they must be patched and sanded. Make sure your booth is clean and floors are swept. When you have completed this please bring your move out checklist to the front desk for a staff member to check you out and get you a copy.

I want a new space, how do I move to a new booth?

Twigg & Co. is always changing! We want our vendors to be in the right spot for them whether it be having 5 booths or just a shelf. If you are looking to move into a space, please check in frequently for space availability. As notices are dues on the 1st, that is the day we have the best idea of what is available for the following month. If you are moving, you will be required to put notice in for your current booth by the first to move to a new space the following month. Current vendors have preference to booth availability.

When you move to a new space you will be asked to fill out a form for your move. This form will indicate new pricing, size of new space, move in date as well as move out date if applicable. You are responsible for having your items moved out and ready for the new vendor to rent by the last day of the month. Although it can be a game of musical chairs, we are happy to help and accommodate storage when and if we can. What does moving day look like?
